1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using the y15 platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use y15's services.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of y15 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain current and accurate at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. y15 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please report any unauthorised use to our support team immediately.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false information during registration or account verification.
- Using another person's account or sharing account access.
- Using automated software, bots or any method to manipulate the platform's systems.
- Engaging in any unlawful activity through the y15 platform.
3. Payment Information and Transactions
All transactions on the y15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). y15 supports a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers and DuitNow. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in your own name.
Deposits will be credited to your account once successfully verified by the payment system. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to two hours under normal circumstances.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account registered in the same user's name. A first-time withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed. y15 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
Any attempt at fraud, money laundering or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the accounts involved will be suspended immediately.
4. Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Y15 Liability Limits
Y15 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. In any event, y15's total liability to a user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Y15 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- There has been a violation of any provision under these terms.
- The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- The user has failed to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- A directive has been received from a legal authority or relevant regulatory body.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, y15 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the violating activity while an investigation is carried out.
5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the y15 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of y15 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, republish or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from y15.
Third-Party Links and Services
The y15 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. y15 does not control the content of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Y15 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the y15 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
